Many Nigerians are still divided in opinion on whether the ongoing lockdown of FCT, Lagos and Ogun states should be extended as deadly Coronavirus spreads in various states.
As at last count, 20 out of 36 states have been affected.
However, from Aso Rock comes an announcement that President Buhari will broadcast to the nation on Monday, April 13 at 7pm.
The announcement signed by the spokesman to the President Femi Adesina reads, “President Buhari will broadcast to the nation later today, at 7pm. Television, radio and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of Nigeria Television Authority and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast.”
