The rate at which some governors are implementing the different agricultural programmes and activities without getting approval from the federal government calls for serious concern.
Each and the different agricultural programmes and activities must be common across each geographical location, in order to have a standard and the implementation of the agricultural economy blueprint across the country.
And the best way to go about this is to have a common agricultural policy framework that will be implemented as at when due and to facilitate the growth of the agriculture sector in the country at large.
