JAMB candidates experiencing failed profile code can now try another means as released by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) on its twitter handle.
The fresh solution to the difficulty JAMB candidates is coming following problem to easily create profile going through by the candidates.
The release said: “What to do if you do not receive a profile code for your UTME/DE registration.”
Candidates were asked to simply send their surname, first name, NIN number or tracking code and phone number receiving code to
[email protected] for quick immediate response.
Candidates were also advised to ensure they have access to the email they were sending from.
