NOA urges Nigerians to strengthen nation’s democracy

National Orientation Agency (NOA) has called on Nigerians to work together as indivisible entity to strengthen the nation democracy for the betterment of the country.
Its Director, Kogi state Directorate, Malam Muhammed Othman, who made the call in a statement issued in Lokoja yesterday, said “Nigeria has achieved a lot,” and urged Nigerians to work together “harmoniously to enable the country rank among the democratically developed nations of the world.” Commending Nigerians for their “perseverance and patience in view of the socio-economic and security challenges,” the state Director urged the people to continue to sustain the tempo, assuring that “there is hope for the future.” He prayed for President Muhammadu Buhari and urged the Kogi state Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, not to relent in his efforts to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people.
