NPFL: Enugu Rangers shoot to the top after heaping defeat on Kwara Utd in Ilorin


Enugu Rangers are the new leaders of the NPFL Group A after they beat hosts Kwara United 2-1 in a rescheduled game today.
‘The Flying Antelopes’ now have 24 points from 11 matches, a point ahead of erstwhile toppers MFM FC.


They still have three outstanding games caused by their participation in the CAF Confederation Cup.


The visiting Rangers raced into a 2-0 lead after 28 minutes with goals from Ifeanyi George and Godwin Aguda.
However, Kwara United pulled a goal back on 65 minutes through Ebenezer Odeyemi.
