Silas Nwankwo has maintained top spot in the NPFL goals chart with 16 goals after he scored a brace for Nasarawa United against Lobi Stars at the Aper Aku Stadium in Makurdi on Wednesday evening n the NPFL Macthday 34 matches decided across the nation.

Nwankwo’s goals were not enough as Nasarawa United still fell 3-2.

However, he is closely followed by Charles Atsimene with 14 goals, who also fired a brace for table toppers Akwa United to stop Warri Wolves 3-0 in Uyo.
