NSCDC relocates to Sauka, permanent headquarters

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has moved out out of its temporary head office in Wuse Zone 5 to its permanent national headquarters in Sauka, Abuja.

A statement signed Tuesdday in Abuja by the spokesman of the Corps, Okeh Emmanuel, said that Commandant General Abdullahi Gana Muhammadu, commended the personnel for their cooperation and timely response to the directives of relocating the Corps national headquarters.

Abdullahi also called on his staff to ensure there is unity among them, adding that “when there is a crack in the wall, the sense of purpose is lost and this portend danger in achieving our common objectives.”

Minister of Interior Abdulraham Dambazzau, who was said to be on a working visit to the new headquarters, expressed joy for the befitting status of the office.

Dambazau said said the purpose of his visit was simply to bless the new office, and to encourage the Commandant General and his personnel to work harder.
