Academic staff and students of NSUK were thrown into mourning over the death of Professor Filaba Mailafiya.
A statement released by the secretary of institution’s ASUU, Dr Abubakar Tafida, to their members disclosed that Professor Mailafiya died on July 30, 2019 at National Hospital, Abuja, after a brief illness.
Until his death, Professor Mailafiya was the former Deputy Dean, Academic, School of Postgraduate Studies, NSUK.
