Former Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Hon Leo Ogor has hailed the Governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa on his 62nd birthday declaring that his administration has positively impacted on Deltans in all spheres of life.
Ogor in a statement he personally signed congratulated Okowa describing him as a man who stands by his words as he has displayed in the last six years of his administration.
“We have all seen how Okowa transformed the educational sector and his infrastructural development across our state.
“It’s a thing of joy that we are all witnessing a re-birth of our state and Deltans will not be in a hurry to forget your landmarks.
“On behalf of my constituents and Delta state in particular, I congratulate your Excellency as you mark another glorious year.”
