Outcome of LG elections in Nigeria predictable – CUPP scribe

National Secretary of the Coalition for United Political Parties (CUPP) High Chief Peter Ameh has again described Local Government elections in the country as “the greatest electoral fraud foisted on Nigeria’s electoral democracy.”

Ameh, who is also the former President Inter Party Advisory Council, stated this in a press statement on Sunday also said that the country’s multiparty democracy would flourish if Nigeria got local government elections system right

In the statement he entitled “Another fresh prediction”, Ameh said he could without difficulty predict the outcome of the forthcoming Lagos and Ogun council polls, specifically, adding that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in those states would sweep all contested seats.

He noted that this was not based on his smartness but that given the trend in the country, his prediction would turn out to be accurate.

“Local Government election is the greatest electoral fraud foisted on our electoral democracy

“Get local government election system right then multi party democracy will flourish.

“I can predict the outcome of Lagos and Ogun Council polls. APC will sweep all contested seats. Is that not smartness if my prediction turns out to be accurate?  he asked.
