Oyetola composes rent tribunal panel for 9 federal constituencies in Osun

Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of Osun state has appointed chairmen and members of rent tribunals for the nine Federal Constituencies in the state.

The appointment, according to a statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ismail Omipidan, was in accordance with the Residential Accommodation (Rent Control) Law Cap. 144 Laws of Osun, 2002, Section 5(1)(a) and (b). 

The constitution of the rent tribunal, the governor noted, was aimed at enhancing communal peace and dispensation of justice in landlord/tenant related disputes. 

The statement quoted the governor as positing that through the Rent Tribunals, peaceful and amicable resolution of rent related issues would be guaranteed in all the federal constituencies.

In the nine federal constituencies, Barrister N.O Sanusi would be the Chairman of the four-man member in Osogbo federal constituency, Ijesa South constituency would be chaired by Barrister Ayo Afilaka, Barrister Kunle Abbas would be the Chairman of Ede constituency and Ifelodun federal constituency would have Barrister Kayode Adebisi as the Chairman. 

Others are Barrister Segun Durotolu for Ila constituency, Barrister Taiwo Adedoyin for Ife constituency, Barrister Adeosun Pade Aderibigbe for Iwo constituency, Barrister Adebola Ogungbade for Irewole and Barrister Adebiyi Olaoluwa Adeniran for Ijesa-North federal constituency.
