Leaders of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ward 2, Oredo Local Government Area of Edo state has thrown their weight behind Governor Godwin Obaseki push for proper integration and harmonisation of party members at all levels of executive committees.
The leaders said the initiative would promote peace and unity in the party.
This was contained in a communique issued at the end of an enlarged leaders’ meeting in Benin City Tuesday; and signed by a for commissioner in the State, Mr. Victor Enoghama.
The communique also indicated that the leaders passed a vote of confidence on Godwin Obaseki as the leader of the party in Edo state and commended him for his infrastructural and human capital development.
The leaders also approved the relocation of its party secretariat for administrative convenience.
