Former Governor of Kaduna state, Alhaji Lamaran Yero, said the coming back to power of the Peoples Democracy Party (PDP) in 2019 is not in doubt.
He said it was already clear that Nigerians have no choice but to vote in for the PDP and reject the ruling APC because of its failure to improve the living standard of Nigerians.
Yero, who stated this over the weekend in Baina, the country home of the former Jigawa state, Governor Sule Lamido, was in the state to monitor the ward congress election.
According to him that the election was an in preparation for the PDP’s convention billed to take place next year when the presidential candidate against the 2019 general elections will be elected by the delegates.
“People in the country are calling for us to come back to power. And we are ready to come back and continue serving the nation like we were doing before”, he said stressing that the ruling APC has failed in all ramifications.
