Contractors the COVID-19 medical equipment and items has blocked the entrance gate of the Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Mohammed Musa Bello, causing gridlock and preventing vehicles from accessing the secretariat.
The protesters allegeded that the Minister owed them since 2019.
