The convoy of the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State, Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor, was attacked on Sunday.
The attackers are said to be armed with guns and other dangerous weapons.
The incident was said to have occurred at the Ikoga junction in Badagry Local Government Area.
Some members of the party and journalists sustained injuries in the attack.
