Plateau pilgrims end registration, begin medical checks

The Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has scheduled the registration and commencement of medical checkup of intending pilgrims for next week.
This was contained in the public announcement issued by its Information Officer, Namu S. Sanusi.
He said: “The board is equally calling on all government sponsors that failed to appear before the screening committee to do so on or before the 23rd July, 2018.” According to Sanusi, anyone that fails to appear stands to forfeit the allocation giving to him by the government and no refund shall be entertained thereafter.
He urged the intending pilgrims to hurry up and do their documentation and screening exercise.
