Parading the suspects, Wednesday, the spokesperson, Kano state police command, DSP Abdullahi Haruna said the command received a complaint from one Sunusi Ado whose son, Muhammad Sunusi was kidnapped and a ransom of N10 million demanded to secure his release.

Haruna said upon receiving the complaint, the Commissioner of Police, CP Habu Sani deployed his men and officers to swing into action leading to the arrest of the four suspects, including a female kidnapper, Maryam.

The PPRO advised people of the state to be watchful of their environments and be wary of those renting apartments in their communities.
