Progressive Educational Services donates N3.3m books to UniJos

The Progressive Educational Services Limited, Kaduna has donated text books to University of jos worth three million, three hundred and ninety thousand naira (3,390,000) to aid learning in the institution.
Making the presentation at the University main campus in jos, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr. Moses Jikka McDaniel said that “as a responsible organization, we deem it fit to donate various books which cut across all discipline of learning to the university.
He then explained that progressive educational services is a privately owned profit oriented organization based in Kaduna, saying that the donation was part of the company’s community social responsibility.
He commiserates with the management, staff and students of the University of Jos over the fire incident that engulfed the university library recently.
Mr McDaniel described the University of Jos as a great institution that has been contributing towards the development of all the sectors of the economy in Nigeria, Africa and the world in general.
Receiving the books, the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academics) of the University, Prof. Nelson Ochekpe describes the donation as timely.
He then commended the progressive educational services for the donation and prayed to God the Almighty to reward them abundantly.
