All Progressive Congress (APC), in Jigawa state, has re-affirmed its confidence in the leadership styles and prudent management of the nation’s scarce resources by President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Mohammadu Badaru Abubakar.
This was contained in a communiqué issued at the end of the APC caucus meeting held at the Government House, Dutse, at the weekend.
According to the communiqué, Nigeria has, just within the five months, recovered from its comatose economy and that Jigawa state has been living up to its financial and other commitments, despite the battered financial situation it inherited.

It stated that despite “this dire financial situation,” the government had continued to pay all salaries and allowances of its civil servants at the state and local government levels, respectively.
The communiqué noted that despite the lean resources, the state government paid its counterpart funding of the contributory pension in addition to its counterpart funding of SUBEB.
In the communiqué, the caucus further called on the APC members to continue to be law-abiding citizens and to support the ideals and objectives of their beloved government at both state and national levels.
