The Board of Directors of (the Board’) PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc (‘the Company’), has announced appointment of Zuber Momoniat as the company’s new Chief Finance Officer of the Company effective 1st April 2020.
His appointment followed the resignation of Mr. Pedro Barreto, as Chief Finance Officer of the Company effective 31st March 2020 to enable him to pursue other personal endeavors.
The new CFO is a Certified Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience in account reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, governance, and financial planning. He is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering accurate reports and high-quality service mostly in the consumer goods industry.
He graduated from the University of the Witwaters rand Johannesburg with honors in Accounting. Zuber started his career as an Audit Manager in PWC and later joined SABMiller. He successfully worked with SAB Millerin in different countries and across the various units of Finance for over 12 years.
