Rabugate Academy graduates, gives prizes to deserving students

The management of Rabugate Excellent International School Students Villa Dagiri has graduated 17 students from secondary and primary sections and presented prizes to the deserving ones.

The prizes were given during the annual graduation ceremony of the school held over the weekend in Gwagwalada.

Speaking to Blueprint at the end of the event, the director of the school, Madam Rautha Magaji, assured parents that she would acquire a school bus for purpose of transporting the students as well as some classes that would be renovated before students’ resumption for the next academic year.

The director further added that the population of the school has increased from 35 to 75 students when she took over the school from the former proprietor.

She reiterated the commitment to complementing government in the area of nurturing young ones aimed at making them good future leaders.

The director told parents and guardians that she would continue to support the product of the school to tertiary level just as she explained that education is the best legacy parents should bequeath to their wards.

Magaji stated that she would make the school premises a conducive place of learning for the benefit of staff and students even as she applauded her teachers for grooming the young ones.

The proprietor reiterated her commitment to employ qualified teacher as well as to monitor the activities of staff to know who perform efficiently.

On his part, the Chairman Parents Teachers’ Association (PTA) of the school, Mr. Igagi Mathew, appealed to parents to be patient with the management of the school.

He noted that the management and PTA are collaborating to make Rabugate unique in the field of teaching and learning, saying that the proprietor could not do it alone without the support of the parents.
