The Bayelsa state police command on Monday paraded the suspected Abuja-based Kidnap kingpin, John Ewa.
Ewa was paraded alongside three of his gang members whose names were not known yet.
The suspected Kidnapper was arrested in Abuja on Sunday September 25, 2022 after videos of him emerge flaunting and dancing with hard currency.
Some Nigerians have reacted to Ewa’s police parade as some took to social media to lambast Ewa for his shortcomings while some hilariously aimed a dig at Chelsea Football Club because Ewa was putting on a Chelsea jersey while he was paraded by the police.
Oyebisi Kolapo said: “I always tell people, u can’t make legit money and flaunt it, not too talk of lavish spending.”
Pope Ayokunmi Ikushika said, “I beg make them give am Arsenal Jersey now, Chelsea no get all this patience.”
Victor Sochima said, “Nothing Chelsea no go see for John Ewa the kidnapper kingpin hand.”
Pius Waritimi said, “The real kidnappers and murderers are our political elites that hijacked our democracy after the military handed over. They stole the people blind and flaunted such, what society is facing now is the wake of this recklessness.”
