Rep begs Southern Kaduna to shun violence

A House of Representatives member from Kaduna state, Hon. Jagaba Adams Jagaba, yesterday begged youths in Southern Kaduna to shun violence and other factors responsible for under development.
Jagaba, who chairs House of Representative Committee on Drugs, Narcotics and Financial Crimes, said at the presentation of 30 scholarships to indigent students by Solo Dawa Education Foundation held at Kagarko local government area.
Jagaba said: “The youth should be careful and face their books. Does who are up to voting age should register and vote for credible people. For the society to feel the impact of this scholarship, you must shun drugs, violence and face your books.”
Jagaba, who represents Kagarko/Kachia Federal Constituency, said the youth must resist being used as willing tools in the course of forthcoming elections.
In his remarks, Hon. Solo-Dawa, who chairs Education Foundation, said: “The 30 best students in Art and Science were selected from the public and private secondary schools in Kagarko LGA for the award of the scholarship.
