A ritualist who disguised as a madman was caught at Otokutu Bridge in Ughelli South council area of Delta state on Thursday evening.
The madman was seen with a human skull, different types of phones and other items, according to reports.
Members of a local watchmen group followed him to his hideout located under the bridge after they saw him receiving phone calls like a normal human being.
It was reported that the ‘madman’ to thrown one of his phones into the river when he noticed the local security team had discovered his plan.
The security team ambushed him, had him beaten severely and then handed him over to the police.
