Speaking on the choice of Abuja for the launch, Taiwo said Abuja is among the critical city hubs. “We believe that the demographic that we are looking for is in Abuja.

While it is believed that this new range is for the rich, Taiwo stated that is not to downplay all other devices.

Samsung quality assurance man, Stephen Okwara who spoke on the battery life, noted that issue of low battery life has been “eradicated; our battery has become smarter. It automatically shuts down apps that you are not using.

Also, “today, the cost of parts of device is now 20%. It used to be 30%,” he said.

Ambassador of Korea to Nigeria Mr Lee In-Tae described the event as “spectacular.”
