Administrator of Sanga local government area of Kaduna state, Alhaji Abdulmumin Yakubu Ashafa, has expressed satisfaction with what he described as “quality leadership provided by Governor Nasir Ahmed el-Rufa’i in the state”.
Ashafa, who bore his mind in his office yesterday at Gwantu in a goodwill message to mark Nigeria’s 57th Independence anniversary, noted that el-Rufa’i’s genuine developmental policies aimed at taking the state to greater heights, were legacies that should be emulated by governors of other states.
He said the governor’s firm belief in fairness, decent and purposeful governance, among others, were exceptional leadership qualities leaders were required to create in order impact positively on the electorate.
He also noted the governor’s high level of loyalty to President Muhammadu Buhari, describing it “as unprecedented”, contrary to insinuations being bandied around about a perceived loop between them.
While urging the people of Sanga to rally round the governor to guarantee the attainment of set goals and objectives, Ashafa wished all Nigerians fruitful celebrations.
