Saraki, Oyegun, others for The Protocol unveiling today

President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki; Speaker, House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara; and National Chairman of the governing All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, will lead the cream of the society to the grand opening of the nation’s first exclusive lounge, The Protocol, today.
Speaking to journalists on the event, yesterday, the former Director-General, Nigeria Governors’ Forum, Earl Osaro Onaiwu, said The Protocol is “the ultimate gateway for those who value the grace of leisure, confidentiality and exotic cuisine.”
He said the outfit, which tucked in the Wuse II area of the federal capital Territory (FCT), is not all-comers’ affair, but for specific clientele, adding that “maybe with time, we could create space for more Nigerians to have a feel of the ambience and class of The Protocol.”
The former governorship candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) in Edo state said “The Protocol features area for private lounging and exclusive lunch and dinner; a Chinese diner; African bush bar, as well as a rock and jazz bar.”
“We aim to redefine leisure in Abuja and give the elite somewhere to unwind. When you work hard, you need quality recreation. So, that is our objective.”
