The Presidential Task Force (PTF) Monday revealed plans to review the earlier date scheduled for resumption of schools across Nigeria.
January 18, 2021 had been announced as schools’ reopening date.
The Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, who spoke during the routine PTF briefing on COVID-19 attributed the decision to the second wave of COVID-19 currently ravaging the country.
Adamu said the PTF had reviewed current situation but the Ministry of Education will still take another look at it.
