Sen Adamu a prophet of doom – Nasarawa PDP

The Nasarawa state Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP ) chief Yunana iliya has said that the prediction by Senator Abdullahi Adamu ( APC ) representing Nasarawa West district  that  the alleged crisis in the state could consume Nigeria, exposes the activities of the prophets of doom in the state.

Reacting to comment credited to Adamu that “Nasarawa crisis could consume Nigeria” iliya said Adamu “is a prophet of doom” and that such crisis was the imagination of the Senator living in the past.
Iliya said the state has been living in peace until the coming of the APC administration under the leadership of Governor Umaru Tanko Al -Makura with the able assistance of senator Adamu.

“We want the state government to state reasons why a property belonging to the state chairman of APC was burnt and any crisis that broke out Senator Adamu should be held responsible.”
He said the present administration had been able to create disharmony amongst the people of the state and try to attribute it to opposition.

“For the avoidance of doubt PDP has no problem with its supporters or followers and has been conducting its affairs with decorum.”
“When Abdulmumini Jibrin, a House of Representatives member from Kano, sometime ago spoke of impeaching the President, the Governors’ Forum did not see anything wrong but why are they making unnecessary noise and putting the cat before the horse.”
