A private firm, SKDC global link, has slated Thursday 22, August, 2019 to host its annual entrepreneur summit in Lafia, the Nasarawa capital.
The Managing Director of the firm, Mrs, Stella Ajige, announced this on Tuesday in Lafia.
She said the summit would provide opportunities for entrepreneurs to make valuable connections and gain useful insights about Nasarawa state.
“This would also encourage partnership among small scale entrepreneur towards creating opportunities for business growth and knowledge. As we set to achieve a mindset shift by getting our youths and graduates involved.
“There are opportunities to learn things like how to grow a business, power of networking and how to best launch a new product.
Stella calls for government support, saying the programme would equally bring change in economic dynamics for accelerated growth in all the economy sectors of the state and overall contribution to the state’s Internally Generated Revenues (IGR).
“I am committed to partner the government of Nasarawa state towards the systematic building of infrastructures and new policy formulation that could help to create a business friendly environment for local and foreign investment flow that would lead to job creation and prosperity for all,” she said.
