‘Stop blaming Jonathan for Boko Haram insurgency’

Former Chairman, National Association of Poultry Farmers (NAPF) in Oyo State, Chief Folorunso Ogunnaike, has asked Nigerians to stop blaming President Goodluck Jonathan for Boko Haram insurgency.
Ogunnaike stated this while hosting members of the Oyo NUJ Correspondents’ chapel at his Farm Office in Ibadan.
He said rather than blaming or asking President Jonathan  to resign because of Boko Haram, the President should  be advised to resign for his inability to curb high rate of bribery and corruption ravaging the country.
Chief Ogunsakin maintained that the time has come for Nigerians to fish out and blame financiers of the Boko Haram insurgency in the overall interest of the country.
“Major financiers of Boko Haram reside within the country, they are the ones we should blame not the President, though he has his own part in the area of corruption which is worth resignation. Jonathan should not resign because of attack from Boko Haram instead he should resign for his government’s inability to curb bribery and corruption,” he added.
