Support govt in finding solution to insecurity-Engr Ojo tells religious leaders

The CEO of Moahz Oil and Gas Limited, Engineer Abdulqadir Ojo, has called on religious leaders in Nigeria to join federal and state governments in finding lasting solution to the security challenges facing the country.

Speaking with journalists in Ibadan on Monday, shortly after receiving 2021 Father Abraham Award , presented to him in Ibadan by the Men Missionary Union of Nigerian Baptist Convention, Engr Ojo said, the time has come for religious leaders in Nigeria to extend love towards people from other faiths as a way of enhancing unity among Nigerians.

” If other religious leaders could emulate the leadership of Baptist Church, especially the New Heritage Baptist Church, Eniosa the issue of terrorism, kidnapping, robbery and other form of killing would become things of the past”, he said.

Represented by the Babaloja-General of Oyo state who is also the President of Oyo State Market Men and Women, Alhaji Sunmaila Aderemi Jimoh, he said ” you can’t win any soul to your side without extending love towards people from other faiths”

On the award bestowed on him by the Church, Engr Ojo described it as unimaginable, stressing that only God deserved to be referenced and honoured for the great recognitions and honours bestowed on him by various bodies and institutions both home and abroad.
