BREAKING NEWS: INEC announces dates for collection of PVC’s ahead Kogi, Bayelsa guber

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that a fresh collection of Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs)ahead of Bayelsa and Kogi states governorship elections would commence from September 2.
