Tinubu vows to end insecurity in northwest

The presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress APC, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu has pledged to end the insecurity bedeviling the northwest if elected the next president.

Tinubu stated this during his presidential campaign rally in Gusau, the state capital of Zamfara, last Saturday.

According to him, the insecurity has been his top priority to address if given the mandate.

He also pledged to improve agriculture, economic growth and development in the country particularly in the Northern part of the country.

“I will focus on agriculture considering the fact that the Northern part of the country is blessed with fertile ground if given the mandate in the upcoming election’’, he said.

Tinubu also promised to establish a gold refinery in Zamfara state to reinvigorate the nation’s economy if he becomes the president.

“Part of my agenda is to establish the gold mining refinery in Zamfara state considering that the state has been blessed with abundant mineral resources so as to address high defence of crude oil as a means of the country’s sources of economic gain if he becomes the president of Nigeria under APC’’, he said.

He called on Nigerians to vote for him in the next election to enable him to take the country to a greater level.
