The Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Rt. Honourable Yusuf Ibrahim Zailani, has described Senator Uba Sani, representing Kaduna Central in the 9th National Assembly (NASS) as a shinning light and a worthy ambassador of the state.
