Under Buhari no part of Nigeria ‘ll be neglected – SGF

The federal government has assured all Nigerians that no part of the country will suffered any neglect on account of it’s geographical locations or political consideration under the present administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.


Also, an assurance has come from the federal government that it would continue to implement genuine policies, agreements and contracts at both national and international levels aimed at laying a solid foundation in a quest for virile and prosperous nation.


These assuarances was given by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Barr. Boss Mustapha at the weekend in Yola, Adamawa  state capital while commissioning and handing over some roads projects and drainages executed by the federal government through the ecological funds at Federal College of Education (FCE) Yola.


“I feel highly honoured to be associated with the commissioning of this laudable projects because the approval of these projects by Mr President is a testimony to the present administration’s promise that no part of this country will suffered any neglect owing to it’s geographical location or political considerations.


“The completion of these projects underscores the federal government concerted efforts and sincerity of purpose in tackling problems of it’s citizens and making life more meaningful to the people of our great Nation.


“At this point, let me reiterate the present administration’s determination to continue with the implementation of all genuine government policies, agreements and contracts at both national and international levels aimed at laying a solid foundation in our quest for virile, prosperous nation and infattered development,” he said.
According to him, the projects are part of the federal government’s 23 ecological interventions projects approved by Mr President for the second quarter of 2018 which was awarded by the federal executive council on November 28, 2018 geared towards addressing the devastating effect of erosion and flood menace within the institution.


Mustapha further also said that in addition to the constructions of the roads and stone water drainages, the institution has also benefited from the federal government’s provision and instillations of 100 solar street lights in the institution to reduce dependence on national grid in a bid to ensure security of lives and property within the institution amidst current security challenges in the country.
