Alhaji Yahya Mohammed is now the new registrar of the University of Abuja (UniAbuja).
Mohammed took over from the outgoing registrar, Mrs. Rifkatu Hoshen Swanta Tuesday at the permanent site of the university.
Mohammed will spend a single tenure of five years.
While addressing the staff of the university during the handing over ceremony, the registrar said he would remain committed to duty.
Meanwhile the handing over was well attended by the staff of the university.
