UniAbuja students end Peace Institute training

 

Post-graduate students of APUDI Institute for Peace Studies and Social Rehabilitation, University of Abuja, ended their leadership training aimed at equipping them with strategic planning in modern organisations and leadership skills.
The training was also for effective organisational administration and performance, appreciation of their positions and roles in an organisational setup for those in public and private sector.
A participant, Mr Ibrahim Paul, who disclosed this to Blueprint said, “The training is also to improve the technical skills of participants in handling their subordinates for better performance and productivity as well as appreciating the inputs and purposeful use of leisure and recreational activities in leadership formation.” He stated that the programme coordinator, Prof. E. Danladi spoke on various issues bordering on leadership qualities and some critical national issues.
