Valentine: Radio station presenter to reward groups, others

As part of its planes to celebrate the Valentine season, Radio presenter and also a staff of Nigeria Info, Cool FM and Wazobia FM, Benjamin Obiri, popularly known as Ben 200 has said plans are ongoing to award some groups, organisations, others and also organize a dinner for couples and singles within the Federal capital Territory (FCT) and its environs .
Ben 200, recently explained that the aim of the event was to encourage these organisations to be awarded on the role they have played in marriages and how they can be encouraged to do more.
According to him, “We are also engaging men of God, sex experts on how the developments of our society begin from marriages and the home. And also, our society will be free of corruption and free from the vices we see today. The key is in marriages and we need to go back and get it right”.
He further explained the upcoming programme“ Stay with me” slated for Sunday 18th,2018 is a couple’s dinner and award night is expected to help alleviate marriages, because if marriages are working our society will be better and people will be happy.
“We started this edition 2 years ago at Omega event arena and we are expecting the former minister of Health, Prof Eitayo Lambo, sex experts, ministers of God, amongst others to grace the occasion”
“We intend to talk about sex related issues, Exhibitions ,Competition of dance, old writing of love letters, we want to bring marriages back the way it should be , so that people can understand the four virtues which are the family finance, relationship, communication in marriages and talk about sex which is not discussed in many marriages,” he said .
He also said singles who want to understand and be inspired will be present, adding that the singles will be allowed to be mentored and be able to remove the fear of marriages from their hearts.
“We hope people should look at marriage as a very vital and fundamental institution in the society,” he said.
