Western, Islamic education can stop insecurity – Kwankwanso

Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwanso has advised Muslims in Nigeria to expose their children to western and Islamic education.
The governor gave the advice at this year’s Maulud-Nabir Celebrations held at the remembrance Arcade, Agodi in Ibadan.
Kwankwaso said without doubt, western and Islamic education would check the growing insecurity in the country.
According to him, the importance of education, especially the western and Islamic education, will amongst other things brighten the future of the Nigerian youths.

He urged Muslims in Nigeria to at all times be of good behaviour by emulating the Holy Prophet Mohammed.
In his lecture, a renowned Islamic cleric and preacher, Sheikh Muideen Bello, urged the people of Oyo state to work together in unity to ensure the growth and development of the state.
