The women leader, 2019 Buhari Campaign Organisation, Kaduna state chapter, Hajiya Ramatu Muazu NDC, has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for his wisdom in appointing Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to lead the APC reconciliation committee nationwide.
She said President Buhari’s choice of Tinubu to reconcile feuding factions of the APC is a demonstration of his fatherly role, his beliefs in the ideals of the party and one of the wisest political decisions he took in view of the ongoing internal crises that bedeviled the APC since a little after its victory in many states across the country.
Hajiya Muazu NDC, who made the remarks in an exclusive interview with newsmen in her Kaduna residence further said, Mr President is very confident that Tinubu and his committee are very dodged politicians with track records of party formations and management that could deliver the goodies towards having a crisis-free, harmonious and united APC at a time another round of elections are fast approaching.
The Buhari Campaign Organisation (BCO) women leader then admitted that Bola Tinubu, having been the leader of the party and its conscience not only in the South-west but across the country, is poised to ensure the success of his assigned reconciliation in order to justify the support of the party as a ruling party since 2015.
“What President Buhari did is the best so far, because there is a popular Hausa language adage which says that, Da tsohuwar zuma ake yin magani, meaning it is with an old honey that medicines are made. Both Buhari and Tinubu are veteran politicians who have been in politics and have achieved results, hence this reconciliation committee is poised to succeed without any iota of doubt,” Hajiya Muazu NDC said.
