After impressive performance by Team Nigeria at the recently concluded African Bowling Championship (ABC) in South Africa, the Nigeria Terping Bowling Federation (NTBF) has declared that it would explore on the gains of the tournament.
Nigerian Athlete Abdul Isiaka who caught the eyes of many at the competition expressed his desire to participate at the World Senior Bowling Championships in the United States of America (USA) come September, 2019.
Nigeria was represented at the African Bowling Championship in South Africa by a cream of Bowlers from the Abuja Bowling Club.
Isiaka assured of his willingness to give in his best and do more at the world championship.
According to him, “Nigeria can boast of bowlers who can compete with the rest of the world. South Africa was a good experience for us. And we are determined to make the country proud.
The World Senior Bowling Championship meant for athletes who are 50 years of age will be hosted at South Point Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA from between September 2 and 10, 2019.
