Yuletide: Cleric to give palliatives to widows, orphans

Ahead of the Yuletide Season, a clergy, Venerable Muhammad Ibrahim, has concluded arrangements to provide palliatives for people in Central and Southern Kaduna senatorial zones of Kaduna state through his foundation.

Ibrahim, who is the founder of Passion for Christ International Foundation, said he is stimulated by his love for humanity and the desire for the less privileged ones in the society to improve their livelihood.

Speaking to Blueprint in Kaduna, Ibrahim stressed the need to continue to take care of the needy, saying “right now, efforts are in top gear to provide palliatives for people of various communities in Central Kaduna senatorial zone and Southern Kaduna senatorial zone as the Yuletide Season approaches”.

The Anglican priest stated further that he is passionate about ameliorating the suffering of the people in the society especially women and children.

This, he said, he has been doing over the years, through his foundation Passion for Christ International Foundation.

“This is stimulated by my love for humanity and the desire to see people around me enjoying the small benefits of life, especially in the grassroots. This gesture has become necessary for me because some women, especially widows, find it difficult to feed their children. The livelihood of these people is most times affected by insecurity.

“For some years now, my foundation has been able to touch the lives of people in Makarau community, Zangon – Kataf local government and Ungwan Musa community in Chikun local government area of Kaduna state, he said.”
