Zamfara gov’s wife secures political appointment for 20 Miyetti Allah members

The Wife of Zamfara State Governor, Bello Mohammed Matawalle, Hajiya Aisha Bello Muhammad Matawalle, has facilitated and secured the appointments of 20 special assistants to Governor Bello Matawalle among members of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breaders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) in the state.
This was made known by the press secretary to the office of Zamfara state governor’s wife, Zainab Shu’aibu Abdullahi, in a Press Statement issued to Newsmen in Gusau Tuesday.


According to her, the state chairman of MACBAN, Alhaji Tukur Abubakar, who spoke on behalf of the beneficiaries lauded the first lady’s efforts in making meaningful change to fulanis and other members of the community.


Abubakar expressed immense appreciation to governor Matawalle for his support to the fulani by involving them in his administration.
He assured that MACBAN would continue to give its maximum support and co-operation towards the success of Matawalle’s administration and for the development of the state.


Presenting the appointment letters to the beneficiaries in Gusau on Tuesday, the first lady congratulated the appointees and assured them of a sustainable working relationship with Miyatti Allah group in promoting peace and unity in the state.
Hajiya Matawalle said the beneficiaries comprised of women and men of the group, adding that the gesture was aimed at supporting members of the group in appreciating them for promoting peaceful co-existence in the state.
