The Emir of Zazzau and Chairman, Kaduna state Council of Emirs and Chiefs, Ambassador Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, has tasked his subjects to prayer intensively against the activities of bandits in his domain, the state and county at large.
He gave the charge at his palace while reacting to the incident that occurred on Sunday night at Kofar Kuyambana low cost in Zaria Local Government Area of Kaduna state during which 2 women were kidnapped.
The Emir asked the people to be security concious , saying all hands must be deck to stamp out the activities of bandits in the area.
Ambassador Bamalli stated that security matter was a collective responsibility hence should be left to government alone.
The traditional ruler further explained that government alone could not handle security matter, urging members of the public to report any suspicious movement to security authorities nearest to them.
