Zaura mourns Isyaku Rabiu, condoles with deceased family, Gov Ganduje, Emir Sanusi

The Kano State gubernatorial aspirant under Green Party of Nigeria, GPN, Abdulsalami Zaura, has conveyed his condolence messages to the Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, the Emir of Kano Muhammadu Sanusi II and the entire people in the state over the death Isyaku Rabiu.

Blueprint reports that the deceased, a foremost Kano Islamic scholar and Tijjaniyya scribe cum businessman, died on Tuesday in London at the age of 90.

In the condolence message personally signed by Mr Zaura, the Kano Guber aspirant also condoled with the entire family of late Isyaku Rabi’u, and the entire Muslim Ummah of Kano State, Nigeria and beyond.

Mr Zaura described the late Tijjaniyya scribe as a man of peace who preached peace and tolerance across the Islam communities as well as a supporter of Ibrahim Nyass’s Tijaniyyah brotherhood.

According to him, late Khalifa left a good legacy that will continue to be a source of inspiration to the Muslim community in Nigeria and also to his family and admirers.

He prayed to Allah the Almighty to grant him eternal peace and Jannatul Firdaus.
